A recent thread about Stacking resulted in a usable solution for stacks in iMatch.
I'd like to start a discussion on Versioning to see if we can combine/refine present setups to get a simple and elegant system for versioning in iMatch.

First question imo is what do users expect from versioning. I personally want my thumbscollection to show only one images of a versionset and indicate if versions are available. I have a workable solution for my setup, but like to expand this. I presently have no scanned images yet and hardly any raws (slow camera).
I like some discussion on how best to incorporate these.

After highlighting an image and running the VersionFinder script this is the result:



It works quite nice, but seeing the different versioning scripts etc. already available that copy categories to all versions and use extensive filenaming schemes i like to know some more about their background to see if i miss something.
