Hi Ben,

Thanks for your patience with me

I assign an image that is a version of another image ONLY to the category Versions.
This way it will not show up in the normal categories. You find it by running the VersionFinder script on an image in Masters.

I had the impression (perhaps I should say I hoped) that the script would plough through the image database, identify masters and versions of images, and assign the master and version categories automagically. It is something I hoped for because I just migrated from Adobe PS Elements, where the organizer / editor combination have versioning build-in. So when I think of 'versioning' this is my reference. Of course there are other ways to achieve the same thing.

I understand now that I have to assign the master and version categories manually. No big deal though, it just has to become something I do in my workflow. As all my master images are read-only files it is quite easy to select them in the current database using that criterium. All other files are versions, so it should not take me long to do this.

Having done this for a couple of images I still have problems with the versioning script when I do a test run.

When I select one image in the 'master' category (that image has a version in the version category) and execute the script, I select accept - free selection - use current selection = 1 image(s) I get the message 'Incorrect Versions Selected".

Is there anything I could be doing wrong here?
